– Program: Momentum Solutions 360, LLC sends text messages for its products, including MyAssetMomentum, to users who opt in. Today this means work order assignment alerts. Users can also text our assistant photos of equipment, record updates and questions about equipment, including troubleshooting. The assistant replies only to messages they send.
– How to join: text ALERTS to [ALERTS NUMBER] after your organization’s administrator has added you.
– Frequency: message frequency varies with your work.
– Cost: message and data rates may apply.
– Stopping: text STOP at any time to cancel. You’ll get one confirmation and no further messages.
– Help: text HELP for help, or contact support@myms360.com or +1 (214) 831-3434.
– Carriers: carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
